23. Feedback

I found the 23 Things program to be useful and informative - but a little bit time consuming!!! I particularly liked iGoogle and Google Docs.

22. Web Base Communication Tool

I use MSN quite a bit. It's a good way to keep in contact with people who are not located in Melbourne. I think this type of application would be really useful for the library. The Infoquest reference service would be far more effective if we were able to deploy a chat program to communicate with our clients.

21. Podcasts

I sometimes use the ABC video downloads to catch up on some of the shows I like such as The Gruen Transfer or Gardening Australia.

20. Youtube

19. Photo of your pet

I'm not allowed to keep pets in my apartment so my pet lobster lives at the local park. But people always mistake him for a ride!!!

18 - Library 2.0

I don't agree with the conception that the Library 2.0 model will replace traditional library services. I believe the new technologies will work well in conjunction with a more traditional library model - but the finer details about how libraries can deploy these new technologies is still in an embryonic stage and it's hard to say what will work and what won't work at this stage.

Delicious

Another bookmark webpage. I think this could be a useful way of storing bookmarks. And it's good to see the pages others have bookmarked - can save a bit of time.
